BETHEL COLONY OF MERCY

Bethel Colony of Mercy was founded in 1948 as a non-profit, non-denominational, Christian ministry to men in bondage to alcohol and/or drugs. Bethel Colony has offered help to thousands of men from all walks of life. RAINBOW CENTER - CHILDREN & FAMILY SERVICES

Rainbow Center-Children & Family Services offers an array of human service programs throughout North Carolina, with an emphasis on the Northwestern region. They are a nonprofit agency headquartered in Wilkesboro, NC and currently provide residential care; family reunification counseling; intensive family preservation; support for families with members who are developmentally disabled or suffered traumatic brain injury; foster care; and day treatment for children with school behavioral problems. The Wilfred S. Templeton family played an important role in the creation of Rainbow Center and its growth.
